Greetings !

An advances in healthcare should be aimed at enhancing quality of service and lowered healthcare cost with India being global diabetic capital newer ways of evaluating blood glucose level where analysed with GOD - POD method which was cost effective were presented here. An increasing trend in using virtual physiotherapist actually post COVID-19 scenario patients with shoulder ailment were shown to improve using conventional along with the virtual therapy helping for a faster recovery as supported by an article along with the in this issue further early mobilization of chronic kidney disease subjects were shown to improve affected patients quality of life especially in ICU situation where discussed in an article here February 4th world cancer day with The WHO theme for 2023 centering around bridging the gap three articles centered around early identification with physical science and breast cancer psychosocial impact of post hormone replacement therapy subjects in breast cancer and another article on evaluating postoperative sarcoma patients recovery while happily forwarding said articles as above enriching readers enthusiasm and knowledge would wishing each for a great academic and research contribution in this issue of our prestigious journal.
